Payment Instructions for No Sarz on Marz

If you registered before 31 July 2003, we will be asking for the special Early-Bird price of 130 euros, or US$154 or GBP 92 (UK pounds). After 31 July, the price is 150 euros, or US$178 or GBP 106.

There are 3 ways to pay, by cheque, by credit card and by bank transfer.

By Cheque

The first method is to send a cheque in one of the three currencies (130 euros, 154 US dollars, 92 UK pounds) to the following address :-

Please make all cheques out to John Russell and include a note or post-it inside with your full name and Hash Name, so that I know who has paid. I will send a receipt via e-mail as soon as I receive the cheque. If you do not receive this receipt within 2 weeks of sending the cheque, please send an e-mail.

By Credit Card

The second method is to pay using a credit card via Paypal. This is a secure method of paying over the Internet using Visa, Mastercard, Discovery or American Express. The disadvantage is that there is a complicated registration procedure before you can pay. You will be billed initially in US$ (154) and this will be converted to whatever currency you use for your credit card in the normal way. If you wish to pay by credit card, send me an e-mail and I will send you a request for payment via Paypal.

By Bank Transfer

The third method is by bank transfer. If you use the IBAN and BIC data for an international transfer, there should be no fees at my end.

Transfer 130 euros to the following bank account :-

Please make sure that you label the transfer with your name in the reason for payment field ("Zahlungszweck"), so it can be recognised easily on the bank statements.

Deadline for Early Bird Payments

The deadline for payment is 31 July 2003, otherwise the rate will go up to 150 euros and you will placed behind those on the waiting list at this time. Any questions to John "Glo-Balls" Russell. Please note I will be on leave from 21 June until 6 July and I will not reply during this time.
