William Wise Lovelace-b. 1859 D Nov. 1935 2nd M 8 Apr. 1887 Laura
Osborne, d/o Lee Osborn. Wise was a teacher, moved to Idaho.
He went west and was a judge in Weiser, Idaho one time. He married a
second time.

Basil Edgar Lovelace descendant Allen Lovelace, sent me the following information. Basil was born on 12-24-1890. Basil married Zuria Glenna Farmer (Lovelace)my grandmother who was born on 2-9-1897. They were married in 1918. Basil was in WW1 as an artillaryman.
They had 7 children.
1. William Edgar Lovelace born 12-23-1923(died in the 60's)had moved to Portland Oregan and became a fairly successful builder) He had one son, also named William...I don't remember his wife.
2. Virgie May (Lovelace) Davis,born 5-20-1920 Married Robert Ford Davis. Three daughters, Thanna Davis, Sheila Davis and Glenna Davis(Thanna and Sheila have been married a few times and have kids. Virgie lives in West Jefferson NC
3. Jesse Phipps Lovelace(my Dad) born on 4-12-1925. Dad and Basil(his Dad) came to Maryland after WW2 to look for work. Dad stayed and met my Mom , Mary Katherine (Smith) Lovelace born 6-19-1938. They were married on 6-20-1957 and had two sons.
Jesse Allen Lovelace born 1-4-58 and Carlton Eugene Lovelace born 3-9-1961. Jesse Allen Lovelace married Sharon Lynn (Jones)Lovelace born 2-25-63 on 5-1-82 . We have three children. Jonathan Allen Lovelace born 1-2-84, Kristiana Lynn Lovelace born 8-30-88 and Bethanie Lynn Lovelace born 3-10-94. We live in Bel Air, Maryland. Carlton Eugene Lovelace married Leigh (Taylor) Lovelace on 5-16-1992. No children.
4.Arthur Vaden Lovelace born 3-19-1928 Married Sybil Wood four children, Linda (Lovelace)Mack, Lisa(Lovelace) Shenk, David Lovelace,Daniel Lovelace Arthur lives in Independence Va.

Charles Ralph Lovelace born 5-18-30 married Louise(?)Lovelace=divorced. four children,Randy Lovelace(wife Brenda,son Bryan reside in Sparta NC) Donna (Loverlace) Harlis(husband Kenny,no kids reside in West Jefferson NC)Theres(Lovelace) Tuirmire(husband Ricky.son Shawn reside in West Jefferson NC)Stevie Lovelace,married can't remember to who has a son Christopher,they reside in Fayetteville NC along with Uncle Ralph.
6. Kelly Cleveland Lovelace born Jan 1933, married Peggy (Richardson) Lovelace.Has lived all over retired from Army after 23 yrsin late 70's. three childeren Betty (Lovelace) (Barr) Smith. Rita (Lovelace)??????, married to Dan??????, Michael Wayne Lovelace. Uncle Kelly lives in West Jefferson NC.
7. Fielden Roosevelt Lovelace born Jan 1935..Married Mary Emma (Pearthree) Lovelace.They have five kids, most of who have been married several times. Marilyn Jean (Lovelace)(Heck)Snyder..Husband Blaine. Virgie May (Lovelace)Vickers divorced.RobertaLynn Lovelace(married a few times..I don't know who to.) Sherry Elaine Lovelace, also married to many times to keep up. Uncle Fielden lives in Pamplin VA...outside of Farmville Va. Michael Wayne Lovelace,Deputy Sheriff with the Harford County Sheriff's Office in Bel Air Maryland. been with them 13 yrs...been in Law Enforcement almost 20 years.

Marilyn married Charles Allison Heck 23 Dec 1977 in Elkton, MD. We had 1 son,
Charles Jr. born 18 June 1978. He left soon after but the divorce was not
final until 10 Jun 1985. I am now married to Blaine Gerald Snyder 31 Oct
1988 (trick or treat!), we have no children together.
My son Charles and his fiance (Heather Brown) have just made me (Marilyn) a
grandmother on 3 Jun 1997 we delivered a baby boy at York Hospital in York,
PA. His name is Charles Raekwon Heck
