Chris Horrie is an award-winning former staff reporter, writer and editor for News on Sunday, The Sunday Correspondent, the Sunday Times magazine and BBC News Online and, in addition, diarist for the Independent on Sunday and the Observer. He has freelanced extensively for a number of national daily and Sunday newspapers and many magazines in the UK and USA. He has also worked as a television researcher, reporter and producer for ITV and Channel Four. He is a frequent radio commentator and broadcaster.

Chris Horrie is the author or co-author of ten books, mostly about the media and popular culture. He was previously director of studies in Journalism at the London College of Printing and has also taught as a visiting lecturer at Goldsmith’s College and in private sector training.
