"A highly able and experienced journalist" says political editor, Andrew Brown, brother to the chancellor, and an "original producer" claims Channel 4's Jon Snow, featured in several newspapers and magazines, including a profile line-up in ES magazine under the banner "Young Gifted and British", David is a multi skilled Journalist and producer and a finalist in Channel 4's national digital awards: Unleash the Talent Inside.

He got his first tv break working on Newsnight before reporting on BBC2's Reportage. He was a freelance radio correspondent and TV producer based in Jo'burg for 18 months during South Africa's democratic transition. He speaks a couple of African languages.

His radio background includes presenting his researched docs for radio 4 and producing/presenting on BBC GLR. Today he continues to file political reports for US New York Station WLIB. In digital TV making, David was one of the original Videojournalists to launch Channel One TV, so can work several cameras as well as edit an build complex web sites.

His currently directing/editing a Bob Marley film for one of the music giants whilst previous docs include Unveiling Gallipoli - an international deep sea dive expedition for the BBC WS; How to become a CIA officer, previewed at the ICA; and being assigned to the Lewis camp during Lewis vs Tyson. David has freelance produced for ITN & Channel 4 News; Powerhouse; BBC Breakfast and Ex Saatchi head of TV, Jon Staton.

His interests include merging TV and the Net, for which he also writes for a number of publications and is being supported by Apple UK. He is a member of the UK's oldest think tank, Chatham House and recent attendant to Metal, founded by Jude Kelly OBE, which exists to develop creative projects and help artists and thinkers put their ideas into action.
