Vivien Saunders has taught Teeline shorthand for ten years, originally for secretarial/administrative use, and specifically in the context of journalism for the last four years. She has coached journalists working at local newspapers in Ealing and Finchley in the effective use of shorthand, as well as teaching on the journalism courses here and at Harrow College. Vivien is also an experienced reader for the NCTJ shorthand examinations and author of Teeline for Journalists, the first Teeline shorthand coursebook specifically designed for use by journalists.
