Syabru village |
The biggest and oldest sherpa village which offers excellent view of Ganash Himalayas and Lantang Himalayas |
Day 05 |
Lama hotel |
A 5-6 hours walk with 480m descent and 720m ascent. It also has more interesting things like bee hives, Languor and flowers and faunas along the path. |
Day 06 |
Langtangvillage |
A 980m ascent through rhododendron forest and along the Langtang khola and several water mills and prayer wheels on the way to the large settlement of this area. |
Day 07 |
Kyanjinggompa (2500m) |
A 460m ascend offers an amazing mixed view of Himalayas mountains, peaks and glacier. |
Day 08 |
Kyanjinggompa |
Experience being sandwiched between the main Himalayas to the North and snowy peaks to the south. Kanjing Rim (4773m) offers excellent view of almost all Himalayas and

The price includes the following:
- Transfer from/to Kathmandu airport.
- Guide and/or porter/s.
- Accommodation on trek (usually at tea houses) including three meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
- Trekking permit where necessary
- National Park Entry Fee.
- Trekking equipment - if required (if possible, please confirm prior to your departure).

Items you should have for this trek:
- Good walking boots- well broken in. Remember it is not a day walk.
- A rucksack and day bag.
- Down jacket.
- Sleeping bag.
- Sun hat and sun block - very important to protect against sunburn.
- Sunglasses.
- Scarf and gloves - it can get very cold out of the sun.
- Iodine or purification tablets - for purifying water (bottled water is expensive and bad for the environment). Map and compass.
- Torchlight- most important on the trekking since there is no electricity.
- Basic first aid kit - including headache tablets.
- Camera with sufficient film.
