SEPTEMBER 2004: We open the new year of Scouting bidding farewell to Ben and Grant who both moved out of the area over the Summer. Good Luck in your new Packs! Though a small den, we are mighty! We are the Golden Eagle Patrol!!

MAY 2004: The Golden Eagle Patrol's end of the year outing was a hike on Angel Island! We went over the Memorial Day Holiday. We took the ferry over, hiked around the Island (over 5 miles), participated in a Civil War cannon firing demonstration, enjoyed the great views of the Bay Area and explored the military artifacts on the Island!

MARCH 2004: Samuel was presented with his Webelos patch.

FEBRUARY 2004: We completed our Communicator Pin requirements and as part of Readyman, visited the Foster City Fire Department where Ben's father works as a firefighter.

DECEMBER 2003: We received our Webelos rank patch! Samuel transferred from another Pack into Pack 603 and joined our Den. Welcome Samuel!!

NOVEMBER 2003: Our newest member, Ben, received his Bobcat Rank at the Pack Meeting. Congratulations Ben!!!

MAY 2003: We received our Gold and Silver Arrow Points and were promoted to a Webelos Den, getting our plaid Webelos neckerchief!

APRIL 2003: We were presented with our Bear Rank patch in a candle and face painting ceremony!
NOVEMBER 2002: Nicholas, Nick and Randy are awarded their Bobcat at the Pack Meeting. We also received our Scouting for Food patches and participated in the uniform inspection and Den egg drop competition

NOVEMBER 2002: Following the pick-up of canned food for Scouting for Food, we visited the San Mateo Historical Museum. Thanks to Assistant Den Leader, Jon, who arranged for his father to lead our special tour. We learned about the different cultures that have lived in California and how they used the natural resources. There were displays showing the way the Ohlone Indians, the Spainards, the Mexicans and the Americans/49ers lived.

OCTOBER 2002: We welcome 4 new Den members: Randy, Nicholas, Nicolas and Nick

OCTOBER 2002:
We held a backyard Den campout, at the newest camp site in San Lorenzo, "Camp Hos". Click here for photos from our Bear achievement-filled weekend



MAY 2002: At the Pack Meeting, we received our Gold and Silver Arrow Points and were presented with our new blue Bear Neckerchiefs!

MAY 2002: We visited the Fire Station to learn about fire fighters, their equipment and how they keep us safe.

APRIL 2002: At the Pack Meeting, we were presented with the Wolf Rank Patch we had earned!

Den 9 performs song at the Pack Meeting:  I wear my pink pajamas in the summer when its hot.  I wear my pink pajamas in the winter when its not.  Sometimes in the spring and sometimes in the fall, I slip between the sheets with nothing on at all.  Glory Glory Halleluiah, Glory Glory What's it to you....

SEPTEMBER 2001: We welcomed new Scouts Zachary (a transfer from another Pack) and Joe to our Pack and Den! Jack joined the Den in October. Everyone is working on their Bobcat requirements.
