Height: (12-18in). But it spreads and clumps much larger by creeping underground stems. Best controlled in containers. Leaf: bright green. Many little leaves on stalk. Flowers are tiny, pale lilac, in clusters on long cylindrical stems. Varities: curly, pineapple, orange, Georgia Apple, chocholate, lavender, lemon bergoamot, ginger, banana, blue balsam and chinese. We may have missed a few. Culinary: fresh or dried leaf. Used in sauces and jellies that accompany meats. It ican be mixed into cheeses and butter, salads, summer drinks, and herbal garnishes.
