1. Group winners of Round 1 will play the winners of Round 2
2. You must schedule home and away matches, but Group winners of Round 1 receive HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE in a SINGLE GAME knockout, SO in case of a tie, the 2nd match will serve as a tiebreaker match to determine the winner. If the teams tie again, goal aggregates will determine the winner where the tie breaker for goal aggregates will be the usual away goals count double.

IF THE ABOVE FAILS TO DETERMINE A WINNER (in cases where the teams tie both games with the same identical score i.e 1-1, 2-2, 3-3 etc..):
the games will be replayed with the above rules. If the same thing happens, we will draw the winner out of a hat.

3. PLEASE SCHEDULE HOME AND AWAY MATCHES with the group winners of Round 1 playing home for the first match.
4. Format will be the following:
Winner Group 1 VS Winner of Game #2003 ----> Game #Q001
Winner Group 2 VS Winner of Game #2001 ----> Game #Q002
Winner Group 3 VS Winner of Game #2002 ----> Game #Q003
Winner Group 4 VS Winner of Game #2004 ----> Game #Q004
