1. You must schedule home and away matches. Higher placed teams from Group play standings receive HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE in a SINGLE GAME knockout, SO in case of a tie, the 2nd match will serve as a tiebreaker match to determine the winner. If the teams tie again, goal aggregates will determine the winner where the tie breaker for goal aggregates will be the usual away goals count double.

IF THE ABOVE FAILS TO DETERMINE A WINNER (in cases where the teams tie both games with the same identical score i.e 1-1, 2-2, 3-3 etc..):
the games will be replayed with the above rules. If the same thing happens, we will draw the winner out of a hat.

Tiebreaker to determine who plays who:
a)We will go back to the group standings of Round 1 and look at where a team has placed within their group.
b)We will look at most points (PTS) obtained within their group.
c)We will look at highest goal differential (=).
d)We will look at most goals for (GF).
e)We will look at least goals against (GA).
f)If all else fails, all 4 team names will be put in a hat and the 1st and 2nd teams chosen will receive HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE with the 3rd and 4th teams chosen playing away.

2. PLEASE SCHEDULE HOME AND AWAY MATCHES with the higher placed teams from group play playing home for the first match.

3. Format will be the following:
(1st)Highest placed team VS (4th)Lowest placed team ----> Game #S001
(2nd)Highest placed team VS (3rd)Lowest placed team ----> Game #S002
