  CTD thinks that it is appropriate -- ethically and legally -- to post the electors' names and contact information. The electors are public officials that have been elected to serve in a deliberative body. Citizens have the right to contact these representatives.

  Since its founding two and one-half years ago, CTD has worked to abolish the unfair and anti-democratic Electoral College. CTD's campaign to contact presidential electors is based on the simple premise that the candidate that wins the most votes nationally should win the election.
