The
Judicial Branch of the government is run by the Supreme Court. The president
appoints all judges of the federal court system for life. These appointments
must be approved by the Congress of the United States. Unlike the Congress
and president, they do not have an age requirement, a limited term of office,
or need to be elected to office. Read more about these men and women on
pages 222 - 223 in your textbook. |
