Re: Excellent Patio Cover
Dear Russ, This letter is long overdue, but full of praise for the excellent lattice patio construction your company performed at our home in May,2001. This cover strethes the entire length of our home and has been an impressive addition to our use of the inside and outside areas. We have not had to run the air conditioner once this summer. Daily we sit on the patio and enjoy the precise workmanship, finishing of materials, and planning of space. It is really very artistic.
Additionally, we wish you to thank your fine workmen for their concern and care in working in our yard. They were very fine craftsmen, worked together as a team. Always polite, we enjoyed getting to know them. From the initial bid process to the final nail and paint stroke, it was a professional job.

Dear Russ, It's been nearly a year since you installed our patio and the concrete work has withstood the time remarkably well. Having spent a lifetime in building maintenance I've learned to expect a certain degree of cracking and separation but our patio is virtually crack-free.
My wife and I particularly enjoyed working with you in the planning and execution of this project. Your suggestions were particularly helpful and we appreciated your flexibility in allowing us to enhance the project as it progressed. Your workmen were professional and knowledgeable. obviously, they were very experienced since they went about their tasks quietly and with minimal oversight. The final result is that we wouldn't change a thing.
All-in-all, it was a pleasure to have utilized your services and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you. Best wishes
