        Of the three websites we looked at, Calgary Customs Brokers Ltd., was by far the most digitally savvy.  Through their “Resources” page they provide potential customers with the opportunity to access important trade related Government of Canada documents needed for the importing and exporting of goods.  They also provide links to other important Associations and Government websites that provide information on customs and international trade.  They are also the only site we researched that provided a link to a currency conversion calculator.  Calgary Customs Brokers makes more explicit statements about the service processes they provide than the other two websites we analyzed.  From these claims, we can determine that their core competencies are preparing necessary documentation, seeking customers the most beneficial rate of duty, ensuring goods are released promptly, and balancing service with cost.  In terms of geographic coverage, despite claiming to represent many national and multi-national firms, we were unable to find exactly which countries and regions they operate in, however, it is implied that they deal with the countries within the NAFTA since they offer consulting in NAFTA trading.  As far as logistical support goes, Calgary Customs Brokers arranges warehousing and distribution throughout the world with the use of strategic alliances.
