Overview: One of the best box sets ever done. Lots of unreleased tracks, all the
hits, live cuts, and alternate versions. The book is quite nice, with gorgeous color
pics, a biography and discography. However, there are more typos and errors in the book
then can be mentioned at once, bringing the grade down slightly. Those are reportedly
fixed in later issues. But don't let that stop you from getting this set. Most of the
unreleased tracks are excellent and are not on any of the reissues. When songs that
would've been the highlight of an album for most bands, tracks like
Stone's Throw or
Valley Of The Kings, get left off albums, it makes one realize how incredible Uriah
Heep is. Grade: A
note: Unless otherwise noted, all tracks are available on other Uriah Heep CDs.
