Q....Do I have to pay for everything up front? I'm nervous about giving credit card information over the phone

 

A....For large orders, we may require payment up front before we shipping out your repair. If you are like most of our customers, you are professional, highly respected in your industry. You have earned this respect , so we will not ask you to earn this respect all over again with us. In our 11 years of battery re-celling, we have always received payment for our service from all professional persons or Firm after returning their repaired battery pack with our invoice. All that we require is that you return the same level of respect we have extended to you and return payment to us within 30 to 40 days . . . it dosen't get much easier than that?!?
