    Postal Shipping to Canada from USA

    Three easy steps to ship a repair from the USA to Canada. Call us for instructions (1-888-215-6328), or read them below:
     
    To ship using UPS, FedEx, Purolator or any other courier service, please go to yellow section below.

  1. Prepare package as normal.

  2. At the post office you will be given one of two forms to fill out...see these sample postal forms. In the "description" section write "Non-commercial electronic item for repair and return, HS8543" On the customs form, the "Value" section must never exceed $10.

  3. Choose shipping speed - First Class Mail Int'l Package (least expensive, no tracking), Priority Mail Int'l (6 to 10 days), Express Mail Int'l (5 days), Global Express Guaranteed (1 to 3 days)

  4. THAT'S IT!!!!

    You are now ready to ship!!

    Courier Shipping to Canada from USA

    If you plan to use a courier instead of postal service, you must follow these steps extactly:

    "FedEx Ground" has the best rates to Canada at the present time!!!

We recommend you DO NOT ship from USA to CANADA using UPS or FedEx without calling us first for instructions.

For "description of goods"..."NON-Commercial Electronic Items for Repair and Return to USA"

Indicate a "value of goods" of only $10...never enter a higher amount (see note below).

If you put a value greater than $10, your package may be stopped at customs for brokerage. If this happens we will have to contact you to amend the shipping form if we cannot resolve the issue ourselves with the carrier.

NOTE: "customs value" (always $10) is not the same as "insured value". If you wish to purchase insurnace for the shipment and your UPS store or shipping provider refuses to insure the package without changing the $10 customs value, we suggest you ship without insurance.
