Grease 20th Anniversary Premiere Party
& Grease: Where Are They Now?

In early 1998, Grease was re-released to theaters in celebration of it's 20th anniversary. VH1 aired two Grease specials: the 20th Anniversary Premiere Party and Grease: Where Are They Now? Dinah is shown a few times during the Premiere Party while waiting outside the theater. She is asked how it felt working with John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John. She admits that John really made her nervous because she had a crush on him, and Olivia, she says, is really sweet. Other questions include: Who are you "Hopelessly Devoted" to? Dinah's answer: "I was hopelessly devoted to each and every one of the boys in the army that I was writing to [as Marty in the movie];" and What were you really doing in 1978? Dinah's answer: "I can't tell you. I was a very bad girl. A couple clips of Dinah singing songs from the movie are also shown.

On Grease: Where Are They Now? (which aired in March of 1998), Dinah says, answering the title question, "I got married! Well, I got married, I got divorced, I got remarried, and I had a baby ten months ago...and life is very good." Some pictures of Empty Nest are shown, along with a scene from Ordinary People, and some clips of Dinah with her baby boy Dashiel.
