How to tell your porwer level

There are two ways to figure this out
way 1: you take how much you can bench press and divide that by 20.
way 2: you take your weight plus how much you can bench press plus your height in inches plus your age and divide that by 50.

way 1 is more accurate because your weight in way two is the one that makes you the strongest. Just because you weigh 1000 pounds doesn't mean your strong.
