What is Included in
the Rental | |

|
Our rental charges are fully inclusive. They
cover the cost of the apartment, utilities, local telephone service
with Bell call answer service, premium cable television service, TV/VCR
or DVD, full kitchen with all kitchen wares, dishes, cutlery,
microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
Bedrooms include quality queen size beds and all linens, iron &
ironing board are also provided, and some units include computer,
monitor, printer and desk.
The units are in various locations and can include indoor pool, outdoor
pool, exercise room, sauna, whirlpool and underground parking.
Unit cost varies depending on features and location. Prices start
from $1,375 for a minimum one month rental.
Long distance telephone calls are charged at cost only. The telephone
is connected through a discount long distance carrier (eg. 7cents per
minute to UK or USA). Housekeeping services are available and internet
connection can be provided if required.
Our minimum booking is one month, no GST or PST is chargeable.
