| Ingredients: |
| 4 Walleye Fillets (Large), Cubed |
| 4 Onions, Chopped |
| 5 Potatoes, Chopped |
| 3T Seasoned Salt |
| 1T Black Pepper |
| 12T Butter |
| Directions: |
| Place potatoes, onions, and walleye in bowl.
Add seasoned salt and black pepper.
In the center of a piece of foil (about 20 inches long
place 1/4 of walleye mixture. Add 3 tablespoons of butter
to each mixture. Seal mixture in foil and double wrap with
second piece of foil. Cook over open fire or on grill with seam down for about 30 minutes or until done. |

| Ingredients: (for 5 servings) |
| 2 lb Venison | 1 Green pepper, cut up |
| 1 lb Bacon | 1 cup Mustard |
| 1 can Pork and beans | 1 cup Catsup |
| 1 can Lima beans | 1 tsp Brown sugar |
| 1 can Kidney beans | 1 tsp Salt |
| 1 can Navy beans | 1 tsp Pepper |
| 1/2 Onion, cut up |
| Directions: |
| Brown venison and bacon. Put all
ingredients in crock pot and cook for 4 hours
on high temperature setting. |
