Venison and 4-beans
Campfire Walleye

Ingredients:
4 Walleye Fillets (Large), Cubed
4 Onions, Chopped
5 Potatoes, Chopped
3T Seasoned Salt
1T Black Pepper
12T Butter
Directions:
Place potatoes, onions, and walleye in bowl. Add seasoned salt and black pepper. In the center of a piece of foil (about 20 inches long place 1/4 of walleye mixture. Add 3 tablespoons of butter to each mixture. Seal mixture in foil and double wrap with second piece of foil. Cook over open fire or on grill with seam down for about 30 minutes or until done.

Ingredients: (for 5 servings)
2 lb Venison1 Green pepper, cut up
1 lb Bacon1 cup Mustard
1 can Pork and beans1 cup Catsup
1 can Lima beans1 tsp Brown sugar
1 can Kidney beans1 tsp Salt
1 can Navy beans1 tsp Pepper
1/2 Onion, cut up
Directions:
Brown venison and bacon. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook for 4 hours on high temperature setting.
