Is it half full, or half empty?
Her life in the beginning was very grand.
She was beautiful and full of life.
She treated her children and spouse with respect.
Her glass was half full.
She then found the substance that altered her life.
The pain she caused she did not know.
Her glass was half empty.
She abused her children and fought with her spouses.
Not only did she hur them she hurt herself.
Her glass was a three-quarters empty.
Maybe now she realizes the pain she caused,
And the things she was doing to herself.
Will we ever know?
No, we won't.
Her glass became completely empty,
And fell to the ground.
Her glass and life shattered,
She is now gone.
Her glass is empty.
