When I think of you
You asked me this once
But I didn't know
how to tell you.
When I sit alone
or when I'm with someone
the thought of you
runs through my mind.
I wish you were here
to hold me near
have you whisper
sweet nothings in my ear.
I wonder what it's like
with you to just be
and wonder if
you like me.
I want to share
my life with you.
It could be just a day
but forever would do.
I've never felt
like this before.
The things you say
make me want you more.
I wish you were mine
or that I was yours,
because you see
my heart is already yours.
