MY REASONS FOR LOSING WEIGHT

I am constantly adding to my list. It helps me stay focused on my goal and my reasons for it.

 

    • I want to feel better.
    • I want to look better.
    • I want to feel good enough to do things with my kids and not feel self conscious.
    • I want to learn to swing dance and not feel self conscious.
    • I want to find "me" again.
    • I want to buy a whole new wardrobe with much smaller sizes.
    • I want to set a good example for my children.
    • I want a new lease on life.
    • I want to find peace with myself.
    • I want to like and accept myself again.
    • I want to walk down that beach in Hawaii in a swim suit and not worry about covering myself up!
    • I want to get healthy.
