REASONS FOR LOSING WEIGHT

am constantly adding to my list. It helps me stay focused on my
goal and my reasons for it.

want to feel good enough to do things with my kids and not feel
self conscious.

want to learn to swing dance and not feel self conscious.

want to find "me" again.

want to buy a whole new wardrobe with much smaller sizes.

want to set a good example for my children.

want a new lease on life.

want to find peace with myself.
- I
want to like and accept myself again.
- I
want to walk down that beach in Hawaii in a swim suit and not
worry about covering myself up!

want to get healthy.
