Don Croshaw wrote that he had the marriage certificate for Elizabeth Skermer S000211, who married Joseph Croshaw in the Parish of Bagworth, Leicester, England in 1826.

Don said that after Elizabeth and Joseph's first child however the surname changed to Croshaw alais Harris or simply Croshaw Harris. He thought it was apparent that Joseph had died and that Elizabeth had married Mr. Harris. He also mentioned a Mary Skermer as a witness to their marriage and he said he thought it might be her mother.

Out records do show Elizabeth's mother was Elizabeth Ironmonger but we have a sister named Mary that I believe might have been her witness.
