A site where game developers (real ones like the guys who made Unreal Tournament and Diablo 2) talk about "the art and science of making games".
It has "post mortems" of games, telling the good and bad points straight from the creators, and features about anything from level design to anti-cheating to setting up a company to AI for virtual gorillas.
