Koholint is the uncharacted island that Link happens to find himself on while trying to reach his homeland, Hyrule. According to Legend, if one wants to leave the island, the Wind Fish must be awakened. This Wind Fish sleeps within a giant egg atop the mountians. Mysterious enough don't you think?
