Life Stinks
When you wait for the lottery to come your way
And late at night you put a little extra in when you pray
Then comes the night of the draw and you've lost again
Then you know that life really stinks
You toss and turn, when sleep won't come
Because all your mind wants to do is think
Yes, life stinks
You hope and pray to feather your nest
Yet you still have bills, and you've done your best
Gee's life stinks
So up in the morning and out to work
Since you know that, praying and the lottery won't work
Right from the start you knew what had to be done
To work all day until you have won
From the sweat on your brow and the ache in your back
Your bills will be paid with hard work, that is that
Now, doesn't life stink?
There's no fun for the working man
You have to work and work to do the best you can
And pay those bills in three folds plan
Because you know the moneys not there
So there's no use to pull out you hair
Life sure stinks and it will never change
So you better get use to it because, that all that's in your range
Then you can be able to say I honestly and truly believe,
Life can really, really Stink..
