With a frown, Aoi turned on the Vidnet and dialed up Ember's number. Anything 1to get her mind off that world.

Ember was sitting on her bed, fixing the shirt ruined by all the fighting from when she had been in the game. She was still in her recital clothes, hair held back, when the Vidnet rang. Getting up and continuing her stitching of her shirt, she answered the phone, "Hey Aoi-chan. How are things going over there?" Ember asked without looking up as she continued on the shirt, sitting down with a rustle of her dress. The gloves on her hands were in the way, but they had worked well to cover up any of the cuts or bruises she had received, at least to her elbow.

Ashi sat in the shadows of the hallway with Kankei and Ardais, keeping silent in her feline form. Her tail curled about in front of her, the tip occasionally flicking into the air. Her ears listened in on the conversation, not really caring about the exchange. She had already given the Golem the evidence about what had happened to the group that had gone out from the village, and had returned to lounging about the castle. The screams were a bit disturbing, but knowing the royals, it was normal. Though it had been an interesting timeline of events, she couldn't care less. As long as she had her home and got her job done, she was fine.

"As well as to be expected," Aoi said with a small smile. "You look like you got about just as much sleep as I did last night. did you get sent back into the world at all?"

"Hai," Ember replied, cursing under her breath when she got her finger with the needle through her glove, "But I didn't run into anything, just ended up in another random place. Just kinda dealt with it and hung out there," the redhead looked over her shirt, finished repairing it, then tossed it over her shoulder. Her full attention was on Aoi now.
"I'm just worried about Irina-chan," the girl yawned slightly, "But I'm not exactly willing to pop up in that game again," Ember motioned to the bandage covering her upper arm where she had been sliced open, "And I'm sure as hell not popping in there by myself."

Aoi nodded. "Hai, I did too. Demo, I appeared on a beach and got to work on some of those crazy abilities we have in there. About the only thing I found is that I can breath under water there."

"I just learned I can make fire without a lighter and make my own heat," Ember replied a bit sarcastically, "I think Irina-chan is about the only one who knows what the hell we're supposed to be doing, besides Poof! 'Hi, how are ya?'"

Aoi giggled slightly but her expression turned back to somber. "Hai... although I agree with you, I am worried about her. I'm also worried that we might not be the only ones who are being sucked into this game."

"I don't doubt others have been sucked in," Ember let her hair down, running a hand through it and letting it get back to its messy self, "Message boards that had stuff on them no longer exist.. after one night. Makes me a little wary."

"Makes both of us wary. Irina found us, but others could end up like... like that one kid," Aoi said softly. "Not to mention Irina seems to be the only one who could help them and she was captured by that sick psychopath."

"Hai, and if he's like the tin giant, he's probably trying to get info about us being 'sorceresses'. Irina-chan is a tough, little girl, but that's just it, a little girl. And she can't escape there," Ember replied, sounding a bit saddened at the end part.

Aoi sat silent for a moment before standing up and sifting through her cloths. "Well then I guess we have no choice. We have to go back. Even if just to learn about these abilities so we can survive in that world. But more importantly, so we can figure out how to help Irina-san."

Ember sighed, "Why was I afraid you'd say that?" She stretched her arms out in front of her, "You do know we're going to probably end up in deeper problems than last time, ne?"

"Well, it's either we try this and risk getting in trouble, or we wait and avoid that place until we finally do get in trouble, and then we have no way of defending ourselves."

Ember closed her eyes momentarily, giving in, "Hai, hai.." She got up with a rustle from her black dress, as she went to her closet, pulling out some of her usual clothes and boots. Making sure she was out of the screen, she started getting changed, "Any idea where we should pop up?"

"Somewhere beside the sea, since I can't make water yet without it being that. Or at least not on demand. And you might as well stop putting on those cloths now, unless you want to pick out like a sore thumb in a crowd, like we did before," Aoi said, puling out a tank top, pants, and coat that looked kind of what the people in the other world had been wearing.

"Fine, fine," Ember sighed, tossing her clothes over her shoulder.

"This'll be good... I have to get into old Halloween costumes.." She pulled out a trunk noisily, digging through it, grabbing parts of costumes, "Think a black cloak over my usual shirts and pants will work?" Ember asked Aoi from off-screen.

"Not unless you like baking in the sun," Aoi said easily. She quickly threw on the white tank, puffy blue pants, and the blue coat that went to her knees. Two red jewels accented the bottom corners of the coat. Aoi stood in front of the mirror. "Something is missing...." Aoi thought for a moment before snapping her fingers and disappearing away from the screen for a moment. When she came back, she was wearing a beautiful wig that had long, straight jet black hair, and a large blue hat.

"Dear Kami-sama..." Ember grumbled, "I'll deal with the black cloak, white shirt and black pants. I'm used to the heat from the sun," she put them on, then laughed when she saw the wig, "You know, that may cover your hair, but your eyebrows still say you're blond."

Aoi blinked, then blushed brightly. She disappeared again, then came back with black eye brows. "How's that?"

"Better," Ember said with a smile, "Any suggestions for me, since it's a bit hard to hide red hair?"

"I have plenty of wigs at my house.... Demo, you could just hide it with a hat and then use makeup to color your eyes brows. Perhaps wear a bit of heavy make up around your eyes," Aoi said. "And don't wear red."

"Make-up.." Ember sighed, "Be back.." She exited the room, heading for her sister's. A few minutes passed, when Ember came back with silver and black eye shadow around her eyes. The cloak's hood was up, hiding her hair and eyebrows for the time being, "I don't think they'll be able to see a redhead when they look at me now," the girl laughed lightly with a wink.

"Can you wear that outside all the time in the sun?" Aoi said with more than slight skepticism.

"Hai," Ember said with a smirk, as she pulled down the hood a bit, revealing a white wig, same way with her eyebrows, "It's to my mid-back, should keep me quite cool."

Aoi smiled. "Very good, Ember-san. That color is beautiful on you."

"Arigatou," Ember replied, putting the hood back up, "So.. we set to go?"

"Hai. Shall we? Ocean then is it?" Aoi asked.

"Hai, same one we went to.." Ember replied.

"Alright then..." Aoi turned off the Vidnet and turned on her computer. She then lay back on her bed and closed her eyes. When she opened them again, she was at the now familiar beach scene.

Ember watched them disconnect, then leaned back in her chair, closing her eyes. She opened them, finding herself a few feet away from Aoi.

Aoi smiled and waved. "Ember-chan!" She ran over to the girl. "Well, at least we made it this far."

"Hai, we did," Ember looked around their surroundings, then back to Aoi.

"Now we just have to work on stuff and help Irina-chan."

"I was not defeated or harmed, they escaped." Ardais knew Kankei was trying to provoke him. but he wouldn't play the warriors petty-some game. His words might sound like poor excuse, but it was the truth. They had done no damage and escaped because the wards had not been up. "There were three, of those three one is dead and the other two injured. Which is more then you've ever done for the crown."

Diablo sat o his bed watching his sister toy with Irina, his eyes faintly glowing with hunger as he smelled the blood in the air and watched it drip from Irina's fingers. His sister seemed mostly done now, unless she was just asking whispered questions or taking a short breather. He remained quite and didn't move though, enjoying the show and listening for any information that might finally come from Irina's lips.

Kankei's eyes narrowed in aggravation at the golem's last sentence, but didn't let it affect him too much. He wasn't really interested in doing anything for "the crown" unless it benefited himself in some way. He tossed his hair over his shoulder in a decidedly feminine gesture and shrugged his shoulders slowly.
"I follow my orders and do what needs to be done. It's none of my concern what happens when I'm not around, but I must admit it's a great relief to know that you weren't injured, I assure you. From some of the rumors flying around here, one might believe that little red-haired vixen had beaten you to near death. But of course, nothing of that sort could ever happen to the great Ardais..."

Kiara sighed and moved away from Irina, her lips forming a slight pout. "Diablo, she's not giving any useful information!" said Kiara as she licked some of the blood off of her right index finger. Irina's blood was dripping off of Kiara's fingers and nails.

"She must be very strong willed. Especially after that last trick."

Kiara walked slowly over to Diablo, her lips were stained with blood. Her hips swayed slightly, blood still dripped from her fingers. "I don't know... It should have worked to give us all the information we needed..." said Kiara as she stood in front of her brother, slowly licking the blood off the fingers of her right hand with a seductive smile.

Diablo looked at Kiara with a eye brow raised in question. He had never seen his sister act like this before, at least never in such an overt way. But then he had never watcher toy with her slaves and the effect it had on her. It seemed to be making her almost giddy and very daring.
"What are you doing?" He asked, for lack of anything better to say.

"I don't know..." said Kiara with a slight smile.. "But I thought maybe you would want some..." Kiara held out her left hand which still had blood dripping from it.

Diablo was suddenly very torn. On the one hand this was his sister, who was beginning to look very much like something edible with every passing moment, on the other he was suddenly becoming very hungry and she was offering him a taste of the sweet snack he had been denied earlier. The Dark Prince’ expression was almost priceless, his conflicting vampiric hunger struggling with the few morals and ethics he held. His eyes growing steadily brighter with each moment as the stalemate continued in his mind.

Kiara smiled slightly at Diablo, still licking the last of Irina's blood off of her right hand. Her lips were a beautiful red now, stained by the crimson of Irina's blood. The young girl held her left hand out still.

Diablo was still horribly torn, between a act that revolted even him and the blood lust that was apart of his very being. But, slowly, the hunger was building, slowly wearing away his resolve and reason.

Kiara licked the last drop of blood off her right hand, the girl smiled sweetly at Diablo, sucking on the tip of her index finger.

Gently, Diablo took the offered hand and sucked the blood coating one of Kiara's fingers. His eyes almost dangerously luminous as he watched his sister. Tasting the sweet fear filled blood as a dark grin spread across his face. The grin of a predator that had it's prey trapped and helpless.

Kiara smiled slightly as her right hand slowly ran up her side stopping at the bow that held her dress up... She toyed with it slightly but left it tied.

"Don't." Diablo was surprised to realize it was himself who has spoken, lost almost in a haze of hunger and blood lust. Inside he knew that if she attempted to try anything else to entice him he might loose control and very well kill her.

"Don't what..." asked Kiara with a completely innocent expression on her face.

Something in the Princes eyes told her that wasn't something she needed to play with. They both knew quite well how close he was to losing all control. But slowly, it was returning, his voice having broken some of the Hungary fog clouding his mind.

Kiara pouted slightly as she brought her hand down.

Diablo didn't let go, instead he pulled her very close, till their noses were almost touching. His eyes still hazy with their former glow. "Do you even know how close I just came to eating you?"

Kiara gasped slightly as she was pulled close to her brother. The girl's eyes had a hint of fear in them, but lust was also still apparent.

"Well?" Diablo tiled his head, displaying his elongated canines for a moment. "Do you know how close I just came to ripping your throat out, just because you didn't know when to stop?"

Kiara tried to pull away from her brother slightly, a little more fear showed in her eyes.

"You should be afraid, very afraid. I love you, very much dear sister, but I can't control the hunger yet, not fully. So, if I ever lose control, I wouldn't be able stop when you began screaming and struggling. I'd only clamp down harder and probably crush you. Not even Ardais is strong enough to pry me off of someone when I get like that. You would be dead, pure and simple." Diablo held her hand still, pulling her toward him even as she backed away.

Kiara whimpered very softly, the young girl tried to pull away from Diablo again. Her eyes showed quite a bit of fear, but there was still a bit of lust in her eyes.

Diablo pulled her suddenly forward and spun her around, his arms wrapping around her in a protective hug. His short white hair falling forward and obscuring his eyes. "I couldn't allow that. Your to precious to me. I don't know what I would do if I ever harmed you."

Kiara gave a startled gasp when she was pulled forward and spun around. The girl relaxed when she felt her brother's arms around her small frame. Kiara leaned against her brother, closing her eyes slightly.

Diablo held his sister close for several long moments before releasing her and sat back on the bed. His head turning toward Irina. "I suppose we need to do something about her."

"I guess..." said Kiara with a sigh. She glanced at Irina.

Blood ran down Irina's arms and a few streams ran down her face as well. The girl was unconscious, her body limp against the bonds that held her to the chair.

"I still think she's hiding something. Oh well, she's no good to us at the moment. Best have her healed and let her recover. Or were you finished with her yet?" The last few minutes seemed forgotten as the Prince brushed his hair back.

"She's no good like that...." said Kiara as she made a face at Irina. The young girl crossed her arms, seeming to being acting very much her age.

Aoi was getting more than a little frustrated with her powers. She could get them to work but only for a moment and there was only minimal control. About the most impressive thing she could do was cause a quick geyser that would shoot up about 50 feet before it would give out. She had learned the first time she had come to the beach that she could breath under water, which was helpful, since she had been buried under huge waves more than once. One thing was for sure, she couldn't do ANYTHING small. She tried to block a small wave, and the whole tide receded; she tried to get a small ball of water in her hands, and she just ended up drenching herself.
