Another " Ho Do Ta " Party

Howdy? It's been so much on since I was being back in town, that's why sorry for the delayed of sending my thousands of thanks to all of you in the city of Los angles and others as well, apparently. To me, for what you guys have done, it's was really one of a kind and remarkable as we all left L.A with fully of fun, joys and cheers. Also many many thanks to both teacher Wu and Mr Diep as of their attendance at the wonderful re-union party in late June 2002. Therefore, with our extensive knowledge in wide-range and in-term of what we're all looking for more and more, so as part of the Canadian-Aibanese in the city of T.O will be please to have an opportunity ongoing efforts improving these friendships more closer and closer, we would like to better understand yours ideas and supports if it would be possible as it relates to another " Ho Do Ta " party where will be held in the city of T.O in summer 2004. Once again, thank you so much in advance for your participation and look forward to hearing any feedback you might have intermittenly at now and then would be very very helpful. Ok! just a few lines to touch base with you and good luck to all of you as always.

Calendar for year 2004

Hello Aiban's classmates:

 

This is Calvin Ung (Ngo Gia Vinh), I have an annoucement to make.  How about a year end gathering and celebration for the Holidays?  This may sound like a good idea right?  But when we think of all the planning and prep work involved for a special event, we have headache and are a little hesitating in moving forward.  Here is a great opportunity for this purpose without having anyone of us even lifting a finger.

 

I am a member of the American Vietnam Chinese Friendship Association (Hoi Viet-Hoa), a nonprofit Chinese community ethnic organization.  This year, this Club is hosting a Christmas Celebration in a hotel grand ballroom located in the City of Industry.  The Club's Live Band will be doing all the entertaining musics for the night; I will be playing the keyboard, and my wife, Katherine, will be one of the singers.  There will be Chinese banquet style dinner served, dancing, and lucky prize raffles.  Here is all the details:

 

    Date:  December 27, 2002 (Friday) at 7:00 pm

Should you have any questions regarding the event, please call me at (909)598-9213 or (909)263-4649 (Cell).  The sooner we respond to this, hofefully the better seating arrangement we can get (each table seats 10 guests).  Whatever we decide, we should all stick with one singe tikcet price as we may all sit together in the same area.  By the way, the kind of songs we will be performing that night is mostly older Chinese popular songs that may bring back a lot of beautiful memories for us.  I am looking forward to seeing lots of you at the party.

Dung mới làm bài thơ này ,nhờ bạn bỏ dấu dùm lên web , chứ không thì khó đọc lắm. Vừa qua chúng mình đã xài tiếng KẸT của Ô -THANH rất nhiều , chữ KẸT đó nếu mà tra tự điển thì nghĩa của nó thật là đơn sơ; tức là: KHÔNG THÔNG ,nhưng tiếng KẸT của ÁI-BAN chúng ta nó thật là phong phú ,dễ thương và ngây thơ .Đây là bài thơ về chữ KẸT ,Dung viết dành cho những bạn đã từng KẸT .

Thôi ! đành bỏ dỡ chữ KẸT đó tận nơi đáy lòng , ... Nhưng lâu lâu rồi cũng thấy hơi .....KẸT !!!!  KẸT   !!!!!!  Phải không các bạn đã từng KẸT .

So how are you and family. How is work? How is Hung xeo chee? Tình thế ra sao rồi có cần tụi này giúp gì không? Maybe everyone is busy that why not too many email come and go. It is forgivable. It is OK so far for the whole article, but 1 place that I like to make comment/correction on, hope you don't mind. On the second sentence of the second paragraph: It is a "new" experience. it should be Xanh Que experience, not Xanh Gore experience. Just a comment. There is another way to write this adverb.  I can't tell with my English description, .... hope you can find out; otherwise, I will have to call you to tell you.

   Thanks for the lovely picture.
   I didn't write to you lately but you are always on my radar screen. I went to see the liver specialist yesterday. He told me I am fine and suggested me to keep on my diet and exercising. I have lost 10 lbs in the past three months and feel great. Ah... Life is beautiful!
