| We finally got there and we walked inside to see Claudia, Greg, Jesse and Matt standing there. "Hey guys!" I said excitedly they all came up to me and gave me a hug. "Hey Alexa!" They all said in unison. "Yo, wussup?" Chris said trying to act cool as ususal. They were just waiting for Fraknie and then they would start. I usually just sat down and watched, sometimes I would help Claudia out with a step or one of the other guys if they were having trouble. It was a lot of fun. Frankie finally got there so I ran up to him and gave him a hug and we all talked for a little while more and then they started. "Okay guys, let's start with I Say Yeah" That one was my favorite dance. I knew most of the dances from watching them so much and they were all really cool. Claudia was such a great dancer, I looked up to her so much. Sometimes on weekends or when she's free I dance with her too, she's really cool. "Alright guys, I guess you can take a break now" Claudia said as they all came over to sit by me. "You guys looked awesome!" "Thanks" They all said. "So Lexi, what's up with you now?" Jesse asked me. "Nothing really, same old stuff" "You got a boyfriend now?" Matt asked me. "Nah, guys are losers" I said laughing. They didn't find it as funny as I did. "Do you guys have girlfriends?" "Nah, being single's good" Frankie said "Unless, you got any friends you wanna hook us up with.........." "Hah, I"ll see what I can do" I said sarcastically "Okay guys, we just have to work on Let's Get Funky Tonight and we're done. You seemed to be having a little trouble with that yesterday" About an hour later they were done and we were ready to go home. It was almost six o'clock and I still had to do my math homework. On the way home I just stared out the window into nowhere daydreaming again. "Thanks Mrs. Trousdale! Bye, bye Chris" "You're welcome sweetie, see you tomorrow" "Bye loser" I shot a dirty look at Chris. "Chris, you're such a monkey!" We all laughed and I went inside very tired and hungry. I ate dinner, finished my homework and just watched some TV. After that I just layed down in bed thinking about things. It seemed like it took me forever to fall asleep.... |
