Schola Cantorum on Hudson

Dr. Deborah Simpkin King

Founder/Artistic Director

" . . . the concert was not ten minutes old when we turned to each other and with widened eyes mouthed 'Wow'."

--Paul Somers, Classical New Jersey

" . . . flawlessly performed with much emotion and angelic awe."

--Robert W. Butts, Classical New Jersey

"Most musical ensembles engage in outreach activities, whether it be reaching towards young audiences or making performances more accessible to more people. Schola Cantorum on Hudson, however, practices a somewhat different type of outreach . . . In one swoop they set a high standard for handling outreach activities and set a precedent for ensembles reaching beyond their doors to integrate their art with the life of their community."

--Robert Butts, Classical New Jersey
