RULES FOR THIS SITE
Our goal at this site is to provide a forum where respectful, lively
and thoughtful discourse is the norm not a rare occurrence.
We look forward to and welcome outside commentary even dissenting
and/or opposing viewpoints. However, we do have two ironclad rules:
1. Daytime
fans are a diverse group. We all have personal favorites; ones we
just love to hate; and a few we feel blow major chunks and deserve
to die in the most spectacularly excruciating death as is dramatically
possible.
The world,
however, is rarely fair or just. But that doesn't mean we
can't be. Everyone doesn't feel or think the same. And even vastly
opposing views can be expressed without abusive or excessively negative
language. Being straight and direct (even blunt or harsh), in expressing
one's opinion is not the same as name calling. And it will
not be tolerated - by anyone. Any opinions expressed
without excessively inflammatory language - along with a coherent
point - we'll gladly post to our Comments section.
2. This site
does NOT and will NOT officially promote, endorse
or support any romantic pairings. The opinions expressed by our
feature columnists are solely their own. And while it may seem that
we are all of like mind on any given issue its not
necessarily the general consensus of this board.
We might not
ever agree or tell you what you want to hear (and vice
versa), but hopefully we can give each other food for thought
and a good laugh. Please look around. Hope you enjoy and thanks
for coming!
FYI: The Difference Between a Bash and a Critique(and yes, there
is one).
No big lectures.
Just this: using profane language to slice and dice up any actor's
physical appearance, age, gender or sexual orientation is a bash
(e.g. - calling them hags, fa*s, or d**es); questioning or criticisms
of any actor's appeal, skill or performance(or lack thereof) is
not. "Reel" people, fictional characters with make believe
feelings are fair game - so go for broke. Real people with real
feelings however - are completely off limits. Grow up or go away.
This site does
not have any official affiliation with ABC, General Hospital or
any of its actors.
