The Millennium Falcon is a YT-1300 Corellian Freighter. Front mandibles are used for shipping external cargo. The YT-1300 has 1 laser cannon, but the Falcon has 2 quad cannons and a warhead launcher.  The YT-1300 is a favorite for smugglers because of it's superior speed.
The Falcon was won by Han Solo, by beating his friend Lando Calirisian in a game of sabac (a card game).

    The YT-2400 is the newest model of Corellian Freighter to be released on the market. It is used as a smuggling ship more than the old YT-1300 when it was first released. The YT-2400 has side mandibles, as opposed to front mandibles, for carrying external cargo. The YT-2400 comes with 2 quad laser turrets as a standard, but no warhead launcher (though easily installed).
 
 

    The YV-666 was originally developed by the Corellian shipyards. A Trondashon named Bosk purchased a ship, and modified it heavily. When Bosk received the ship, he named it the Hounds Tooth. It is a bounty hunters ship, with a cargo area large enough to fit a smaller craft (the pup) and his Wookie skinning area.

    The IG-2000 was created on Mechis3, when IG-88 and his 3 counterparts took over the huge factory world. The IG-2000 was created with a purpose, to serve as a cover for IG-88 as a bounty hunter. The IG-2000 was extremely bare on the inside, and bristling with weapons on the outside, one of the most unique features, is the miniature tractor beam that could hold any ship smaller than a corvette in place long enough to be boarded, or to be destroyed. The IG-2000 was destroyed above Tatooine by the bounty hunter Boba Fett, in the Slave 1.

    The Slave 1 is Boba Fett's ship. Custom made in the Kuat Ship Yards, Slave 1 is a top of the line ships, with more weapons on it than Boba Fett carries on himself. The Slave 1 has a cargo compartment, large enough that there is three cages for "hard merchandise" as well as Fett's complement of weapons.

    The Jumpmaster 5000 is a smuggling craft developed by Corellian Engineering Corporation to be a standalone ship. The most famous Jumpmaster 5000 belonged to Dengar, the Imperial assasin gone bounty hunter. His ship, the Punishing One was customized to have 2 missle launchers as well as it's twin lasers.
