Physical Description

~ Fur/feathers
Her fur, front legs, and beak are sooty-black, with a faint sheen. The tuft of fur on the tip of her tail and her feathers are icey-blue, a marbling of color ranging from black and midnight-blue to powdery-blue and white. There are patches of skin running down her front legs that match her icey plumage.
~ Eyes
Pupils slitted like a cat's, her eyes are as icey as the rest of her. Her gaze seems harsh, pupils stabbing their prey like icicles. Her irises are white like snow.
~ Physique
Koori isn't exactly physically strong, though she is solid of bone and muscle. She can hold her own if she must, but would rather try out some new, painful spell on an adversary. She has large, snowshoe-like feet, ideal for walking over drifts; likewise her taloned forefeet are large and strong for grasping prey. She also has a long tail and large wings.
~ Appearance
In general, she is your typical gryphon, with feathered head and wings, a bird-of-prey's taloned front feet, a cat's hindquarters, a tufted tail, and catlike, feathered ears. She also has the classic prey bird's beak, strong and sharp.

Personality

~ Attitude
If one word were to sum her up, it would be "aloof." She is frosty in almost every way, from her disdain toward any living thing beneath her, to her seeming inability to show affection toward anything she really cares about. What she needs most in life is a bond and/or mate that will show her that the warmth of love won't destroy her spells.
~ Likes/dislikes
She loves anything wintery, from the colors (blue, white, and silver) to the weather (wind, ice, snow). She despises weakness and goes out of her way to hide any that she might have.
~ Hobbies
She particularly enjoys studying the nature of ice and ice magic, and will spend hours or even days with her beak in a book, forgetting to do everything else (including food).
