I would love for as many poets as possible to want to be included in this website. I will put up most types of poetry with a couple of exceptions:
"You agree to not use the Service to: (a) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable"
Obscene Poetry. I don't mind mentions of sex, or whatever, that is a major part of most poetry anyway. What I do mind is overtly sexual poetry, i.e. stuff I would term "pornographic". Thats not what I want on my site. Sorry. Remember I have to abide by Yahoo's TOS (Terms of Service), see the top of the page.
Racist, sexist or homophobic poetry. Again, this is covered in the TOS. Now, by these I don't mean mentioning racism, or racist arguments, for example, I mean actively promoting these through the medium of poetry.
I don't think that these guidelines will cause any bother to anyone, to be quite honest, but I had to mention them just in case.
If you submit poetry to me, the copyright remains yours and I will not edit the content, nor will I sell this pretending it to be mine, nor will I sell it to another as yours. In short, your writing will remain yours, and your name (or ID) will be clearly posted beside it.
