- Helpful Tests To Learn More About Yourself -

These tests are here for you to learn more about yourself. They will educate you about you. They are not meant to be anything more, nor are they psychological or health measurements which you should rely on. See a professional for that type of testing and evaluations.

However, these tests can help you in preparation of your relapse prevention plan. Tests are to provoke you into thinking, evaluating and questioning yourself. You can agree or disagree with the results, never simply dismiss the results. It is imperative that you evaluate the results carefully, try to understand what the results are saying about you.

By taking these tests before writing plan modules, you will have piqued your mind into thinking about issues related to your daily behavior patterns and conduct. What others see about you, may or may not be what you see! This, may or may not mean, "they are right and you are wrong," but it may mean, "you must make changes to self!" It is important to carefully evaluate everything during preparation of a Relapse Prevention Plan.
