What can the Ealing Housing Co-op offer landlords?

The Ealing Housing Co-op is a non profit making organisation, it is governed by a democratic system and individual members do not own their own house or flat and cannot make a profit at the expense of another member. Every property has a lease agreement which is tailor made.

As a management agent, the Co-op looks after properties owned by other groups, such as the Nottinghill Housing Group (formally Trust), LRT and Ealing Family Housing. The working relationship between these organisations and EHC is a testament to the Co-op's stability and the professsional level of mangement of the properties put into the Co-op's care.
