Chef Antonio Recipes

My good friend Chef Antonio Frontera, better known as Chef Antonio, is a very well known chef in the state of New York (and I predict the Nation in the coming years). In 1986 he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has since worked in many fine, 5-star restaurants as a pastry chef and as the avant-garde managing chef. He bought his first restaurant (Chianti) in 1996 in the Hudson Valley of New York.

Chianti is now a 5-star restaurant thanks to Chef Antonio's truly gifted culinary ability (it was only a 3-star restaurant when he originally bought it). Many famous actors frequent his restaurant to enjoy and savor his incredibly tasty and healthy creations. Chianti has always been known as the "hide-out of the stars" and as such, Chef Antonio has many friends in the entertainment industry. The cast of All My Children has helped Chef Antonio with the many fundraisers he has sponsored over the years. This is just a small glimpse into the man who truly wants to help others.

Recently introduced into the fitness lifestyle just a short year ago, he has now come to embrace and understand the importance of proper nutrition. But he never felt that eating right had to be synonymous with bland, boring food. Using the expertise and creativity that has won him many awards including the prestigious and well known "Wine Spectator Award" from the popular magazine of the same name, Chef Antonio has created many healthy AND great tasting dishes.

The vision and dream Chef Antonio has is to show others you don't have to sacrifice taste in order to introduce optimal nutrition eating habits into your life.
