Clifford Creasey was born Feb. 9, 1901, at Geddes, Charles Mix County, SD to Algernon Cidney and Maggie Long Creasey. He married Emma Rolston on Dec. 24, 1924. Their child:

  • Vern -- b. Oct. 20, 1925. m. Betty Booher (b. May 7, 1928) on Sept. 22, 1946. Their children:
            A) Kenneth -- b. Feb. 19, 1949
            B) Colleen -- b. Nov. 15, 16, 1954
            C) Robert -- b. Aug. 30, 1962

Pleasant Lawn and St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery are located together. Pleasant Lawn occupies the eastern portion; St. Ann's, the western portion. They are located in Jackson Township, Section 6, T97N R66W, near Geddes, SD. The town of Geddes was founded in 1900, and the cemetery was plotted soon after.
