What do you think every teacher needs to know to be a successful teacher? All children have something special that makes them unique. It is my responsibility to allow each child's light to shine.
What do you think makes Vaughn Road School a special place to learn and grow? I have been blessed to have the opportunity to work at Vaughn Road. All of the teachers work hard to ensure that all students succeed.
What do you like about the subject(s) you teach? I love being able to expose as much children's literature to my students. I incorporate wonderful stories throughout all subjects.
What was your favorite subject in elementary school? Math
What are your away-from school hobbies? Spending time with my husband and two children, working in my flower garden
If you have pets at home or in the classroom, what are they and their names? 2 golden retrievers (Shelby and Ranger), 2 cats (Gabby and Cadillac), 1 Hermit Crab (Oscar)
