Another weekend we went to a place called Pupukea, on the North Shore. It was a cloudy day but still warm. There were huge tide pools there with all kinds of creatures to look at. Next time we will take our snorkels and shoes so we can get in the water. The rocks are all volcanic rock and very sharp.
Here are the girls on the rocks on the ocean side of the tide pools.
These fish were really fun to watch. They came really close to where we were standing.
The waves crashed in over the rocks on the outer edge.
