3. Crust dough 1 dl water 1/2 tsp salt 2 dl rye flour 1/2 -3/4 dl all-purpose flour
Filling Rice porridge.
Instructions See pictures 1-3.
Mix all ingredients. Cut the dough into 16-20 parts. Roll into disks, add the filling and bake at 300 °C. Brush with melted butter.
