Act 1, Scene 1-exposition

Horatio's musings remind Marcellus that something seems to be up in Denmark already.  Horatio explains the current rumors, which claim that the frustrated prince of Norway is planning an attack on Denmark with a bunch of mercenaries he's dragged up.  The discussion reminds Horatio of the strange events, including ghosts, which happened in Rome before the assasination of Julius Caesar, which convinces him that something bad will happen soon.  Horatio's speech is important-keep in mind that Denmark is under a constant threat throughout the play.
