Have you noticed how many GF sites are out there these days?! If you do a search, you'll come up with hundreds. Here are a few that I like to use, but browse around and see what you come up with. Let me know what your favorites are and I'll post 'em here! --Narissa

A general recipe site that has some surprisingly good GF recipes.
Especially useful for the dumpling and pasta recipes. Also has good general information.

Our local food co-op, located in Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Check out all their other delicious recipes, too. If you're going to be in the area, check out their calendar to see if you'll be able to catch one of their many tasting or demonstration events featuring new recipes.
Use this site with caution--some of the recipes include items that should not be eaten by very sensitive celiac individuals. That said, the recipes are unusual and interesting. Check out the GF McDonalds menu for shits and giggles. (Ooh, sorry, that was a poor choice of words...)
