Out Dancing
Hello dancers,
Here is the schedule for the next 3
months.
BEGINNING CLASSES
Class is 7-8 PM both Fridays & Sundays
September Fridays/Waltz
Sundays/Swing
October Fridays/Salsa
Sundays/Cha Cha
November Fridays/Swing
Sundays/Foxtrot
NO CLASS*** September 1st or November 29th ***NO CLASS
Classes are held at the Ankeny Street Studio.
Entrance is on the SE corner of SE 9th and Ankeny.
Cost is $5 / person / class / pre-paid.
($20 for 4 classes/ $25 for 5 classes)
DANCE SOCIAL (next one is August 24th)
The monthly dance social is held on the 4th Saturday
of each month. The cost is $8 per person, lesson &
refreshments are included. Time is from 7 to 10 pm.
September 28th, October 26th and November 23rd are
the dates. The dance socials are open to everyone!
INTERMEDIATE CLASSES .
For those of you who would like to go beyond the
beginning class material and expand your knowledge
we are now offering an Intermediate level class.
Instead of a one-time workshop we've decided to go
with a two-night class. This way we will have more
time to work on the advanced patterns and hopefully be
able to retain them better. The total cost is $16 for
the 2-night class. Because the last 2 intermediate
classes of the month are the same subject matter as
the beginning class you could come to both. This would
give you a refresher without having to go through the
whole beginning class again. If you take the last 2
beginning classes along with the intermediate classes
the cost is only $20 total for all 4 classes, a
savings of $6. The intermediate classes will be on
Fridays from 8:00-9:15 PM.

Salsa
November 1st & 8th
Intermediate Foxtrot
November 15th & 22nd Intermediate Swing
The intermediate classes are subject to cancellation
if there is not enough attendance. Pre-registration
and payment can be made at any OUT DANCING class or
Dance Social prior to the intermediate class. If a
class is cancelled your money will be refunded.
