There are just the 24:00 when Carlo Conti, for the first time pageant's show man of the manifestation, says: «Miss Italy 2003 is number 70, Francesca».
In that moment Francesca is the new Italian's beauty queen and she is crowning to the actress Claudia Cardinale.

Miss Italy 2003 is Francesca, eighteen years, from Barcellona (Sicilia). Francesca have a brilliant on the tooth, engaged with a football man of the Messina, Vincenzo Marruocco, one passion for Julia Roberts and Eros Ramazzotti.
She has won the wraps of Miss Smile and the special plate of the journalists.
She frequent the grammar school classic and she would want to become actrice. She loves go to swim, to go to gym, to the cinema and in a discotheque.
"I am a plague and I dream the TV", says Francesca after the winner, «Miss Italy is my dream from I was child. I watch the pageant and I dream to win».

During the manifestation that has concluded the 15 september 2003, little tears and more poisons: the girls more of the title of Miss Italy, they competed for a little place in video "Veline", "Schedine", "Letterine" etc.
Miss Italy 2002 Eleonora Pedron has guaranteed a space in a TG of Rete 4 with Emilio Fede. Also the RAI has chosen three contenders of this year (but they could be many more) to insert in as many transmissions.

2003 :
After the crowning it begins the career of the new Miss Italy.

September 21 is in a show QUELLI CHE IL CALCIO (Rai2). Also the first runner-up Debora Salvalaggio is hear in direct from Perugia.

September 29 is interviewed in the transmissions VERISSIMO (Mediaset) and LA VITA IN DIRETTA (Rai1).

October 11 is host of program PASSAPAROLA (Mediaset) and October 13 is host of the LA VITA IN DIRETTA (Rai1). After this appearance she has dedicated her time to work of the first calendar of Miss Italy: this calendar is promote in TV the evening of New Year's Day.
