This song is about a road called Penerly road, unpredictably.

Most of the road has no houses on it, just fences and walls of people's gardens.
The song details a few of the many odd things that I've seen go on there
late at night.
It was quite a short song at first because I couldn't be arsed to write lots for it,
then I wrote an extra verse to make it longer but decided it was better as a short song.
Interesting, I know.
