El Físico Nuclear has appeared in a few movies featuring, of course, lucha libre. In some, he is credited as El Físico Nuclear; in other films the actor playing him is identified as "Juan Fava." not surprisingly, no such actor is known to exist. It is perhaps notable that the name, in English, means "John Bean", which is a common pseudonym for actors in England. It is highly unlikely that this is the real name of the man behind El Físico Nuclear's mask, any more than the name El Físico Nuclear truly represents the being inside his skin. Even captured on celluloid his true essence continues to evade his fans.
