Most valuable experience: Interacting with
individuals in leadership roles with whom I probably would not have otherwise had an

It was a positive experience because the issues that
were raised were addressed the following year. I think that year also made it very clear
that it was important to have the ELI's attend board meetings and have more interaction
with the MAEOPP Board. |

Overall, I had a great experience! I met new
colleagues, learned more about the MAEOPP organization, and strenghten my leadership
skills. I would definitely recommend ELI to other TRIO Professionals. |

I BELIEVE MY ELI EXPERIENCE WAS BENEFICIAL,
PROVIDING ME WITH OPPORTUNITIES I PROBABLY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EXPERIENCE AND
INSIGHT I MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PRIVY TO OTHERWISE. THE EXPERIENCE ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AND A CHANCE TO FURTHER CULTIVATE MY LEADERSHIP ABILITIES.
AND FINALLY, I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE CHANCE TO DEVELOP AND STRENGTHEN LONG LASTING
PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS. |
